• Condition: the type of endometriosis and other comorbidities, e.g. deep endometriosis, rectal endometriosis, leiomyomas.
• Features: the manifestations and complications of endometriosis, e.g. pain, dysmenorrhoea, infertility.
• Outcomes: the type of costs and resource use reported, e.g. productivity loss, healthcare costs, hospitalisations, length of stay.
• Location: the country in which the research was conducted, or the author's location if not otherwise reported.
• Study type: the methodology used in the study e.g. economic model, retrospective cohort, single-arm clinical trial, systematic literature review.
• Year: the year in which the study was published, grouped into 5-year bands.
