• Locations - the geographical setting of the study, or, where this is unknown, the authors' location.
• Interventions - the interventions evaluated in the study, if any.Study types - whether the study reports direct or indirect costs or resource use.
• Study methodology - the type of study that was conducted, e.g. clinical trial, observational, systematic review.
• Subpopulation - whether the study assessed adults, children, the elderly or an unspecified AML population.

In addition the following publication date segmentations are used:
